All bookings made through Snow Wolf Travels are treated as requests until confirmed by our team. A booking is confirmed only once we have communicated availability and received any agreed advance payment.

Prices displayed are suggested, per-person indicative rates and may vary based on group size, travel mode, season and inclusions. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Himalayan expeditions involve high altitude, remote terrain and unpredictable weather. Travellers must disclose any relevant medical conditions and are responsible for ensuring they are adequately fit for their chosen expedition.

While we take every reasonable precaution for your safety, travel in the mountains carries inherent risks that participants accept when booking.

Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, permits or circumstances beyond our control, always with your safety as the priority. Cancellation terms will be shared at the time of booking.

By travelling with us you agree to respect local communities, culture, wildlife and the environment, and to follow the guidance of our expedition leaders at all times.
